Annual registration fees
returning students are $10.00
new students are $15.00
all non-refundable.
Upon registering, registration and 1st month’s tuition are due. All paperwork must be completed and signed by the child’s parent.
Tuition is due in advance before the first of each month. August will be pro-rated. For families with more than one child, a 10% discount applies. Cash and checks are accepted and made payable to A Leap of Faith during office hours or by mail- 845 3rd Ave. Yuma, AZ. 85364. There is a $25.00 NSF fee on all returned checks.

A two-week withdrawal written
notice must be received in order to prevent further billing.
